So if you now reply on Twitter, it will create a comment on that node on my site (moderated though, I know you all like spamming!) #indieweb #drupal

@swentel Double huzzah!

p.s. I like how you've put the likes down the side.

swentel on Wed, 07/03/2018 - 08:15

Thanks :)

Twitter API + custom code to read particular tweets & create a node out of it?

Ruben Teijeiro on Wed, 07/03/2018 - 10:51

<?php return new Miner(‘Bitcoin’)->startMining(); ?>

Joshi Consultancy on Wed, 07/03/2018 - 11:03

That's great! So, the integration is handled by brid.gy. Quick!

swentel on Wed, 07/03/2018 - 11:03

using brid.gy to poll my account (you can host that yourself too if you want). Custom code on Drupal side is at github.com/swentel/indiew…

Ruben Teijeiro on Wed, 07/03/2018 - 11:04

Are the likes moderated as well? I want to appear in the hall of fans in the sidebar :P

Joshi Consultancy on Wed, 07/03/2018 - 11:04

Sweet & quick! :)

swentel on Wed, 07/03/2018 - 11:04

Yep, looking for the minimal way to get this all up and running. Webmentions and pingbacks are handled by webmention.io - which you can also host yourself if want, it's all sweet open source :)

swentel on Wed, 07/03/2018 - 11:04

Hehe thanks! It's fun to see the interactions coming in, and there's a lot more to come :)

hussainweb on Wed, 07/03/2018 - 11:34

Cool! Does this monitor all your tweets or just specific ones?

swentel on Wed, 07/03/2018 - 11:34

If there's an URL back to my site in the (original) tweet, brid.gy will send a webmention which can be a like, retweet, comment .. on the receiving end I then can choose what to do with it. It's big fun!

swentel on Mon, 12/03/2018 - 23:34

No they come immediately, go check yourself, forever trapped on my site *evil laugh* :)

swentel on Mon, 12/03/2018 - 23:34

return morten.spit();
